We offer bespoke commission services along side the sale of vintage, antique and made to order pieces. we also offer personal sourcing and buying of jewellery, if you are looking for a particular piece that is not in our current catalogue we can work with you to source a suitable piece.

Where are our Materials and Products sourced from?

All our newly made pieces use materials sourced through ethical channels. We use 100% recycled and fair-trade Gold and 925 Silver, as well as conflict-free mined gemstones. Our curated vintage and antique jewellery is sourced through reputable auction houses, due to the age of the pieces we cannot determine the sourcing of the materials in such pieces. we believe that giving vintage and antique pieces of jewellery a new life is a sustainable and meaningful practice.

If you are unhappy with your vintage, antique or pre-made purchase for any
reason you are very welcome to return the item within 30 days for a full refund, provided the
following conditions are met:
Please contact us via email of your
intention to return prior to posting so that we make sure the refund is
processed correctly.
The item must be in the condition it was received, and returned in the original jewellery box/pouch.
Commissioned pieces cannot be refunded, however we will work with you through out the entire process to ensure it is to you exact liking, and any problem that arises after you receive the finished item can be discussed and resolved through contacting us at megbarrattjewellery@gmail.com
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stipe payment system, as well as Apple and Google pay.
